This first Hebrides International Film Festival presents an outstanding line-up of International and Scottish award winning environmental feature films, documentaries, and shorts with films such as Kiss the Water,  More than Honey, Sand Wars, Promised Land, and Chasing Ice plus a children’s selection including the beautiful fairytale film Cinderella Moon and a collection of International shorts and animations.

 

The Festival which has an environmental theme aims to inspire, entertain and inform audiences on international actions and issues around environmental change.  The programmed films present outstanding cinematography and location shooting, they take us to some of the most beautiful and remote environments in the world with the intention of increasing our understanding of what is happening in our environment on a global scale today.

Tickets and Information:  Adult: £6.00;  Concession £5.00;  Children (under 16) £4.00  (For children's screenings only : Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult, the adult attends free)

Daily ticket : £12.00   (rural Venues only no daily ticket at An Lanntair)

Lewis and Harris Festival Ticket:£50.00 (entrance to all HIFF films including screenings at An Lanntair)
