General Terms and Conditions
All published details are subject to change. Harris Arts reserves the right to cancel or alter workshops, exhibitions and performance events, including the changing or alteration of any advertised piece of work. We have a 'no refunds' policy on tickets sold, whether purchased from Harris Arts directly or from a third party seller. We accept no liabilty for any loss, damage or injury sustained by any member of the public visiting any venue participating in the events listed on this website or any other promotional literature or advertisement. We may take photographs for publicity purposes. All people attending festival events will be deemed to have consented to having their photograph taken and their image used in this way. Visiting adults are responsible for the supervision of any children in their care.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Harris Arts reserves the right to refuse admission to any event. We reserve the right to remove by any legal means any person attending a Harris Arts event whose behaviour or actions are prejudicial to the smooth running of the event including the peace, enjoyment and safety of participants, members of the audience, staff, stewards and volunteers. Ticket money cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled, in which case only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Tickets will only be offered for re-sale once a performance has sold out. Booking fees for exchanges paid for by credit/debit card will not be refunded. All exchanges and refunds are at Harris Arts' discretion. Performances start at the advertised time. Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable pause in the programme before being shown to their seats.
